Originally built 22 April 1963 as an Ivory White, with Black interior trim and Black hood, this 3000 MKIIA BJ7 model was restored by Al Futtaim Classic Cars (ERAS) of Dubai from 2015 to June 2017. Prior to restoration, the car had been in single family ownership since 1966.
This car was right hand drive converted in 2019 with new steering box and a re-trimmed dash.
The restoration was comprehensive with the car stripped to a bare metal chassis, with the interior and engine outsourced to local premium specialists. All components were either restored or replaced, with more than 405 new parts including all new chrome, new suspension and braking systems plus additional upgrades of an aluminium fuel tank, an upgraded clutch kit and mohair hood.
